Me? I’m afraid I’m still in the process of figuring that out after all these years. Here is the closest thing to a bio I can muster. I’m a 46 year old female, still in good shape. I am a woman who enjoys solitude but also the company of loved and trusted companions. I’m the mother of 3 teenagers who are the most important people of my life. I have 2 cats, Emma and Bella, that I adore.

I’m not a crowd-person and generally avoid noisy gatherings. I am easygoing and love simple pleasures. A sense of humuor is important to me, and I am easily amused. A bright and positive mindset and kindness to others are treasured properties in myself and others. I am a little absent-minded and scattered and sometimes forget stuff.

I love nature, and the closeness of mountains and lakes, beaches and shores, flowers and trees, birds and animals soothes my soul at any time. I get easily obsessed, and have a neverending fascination of arts and crafts, the internet, photography, literature and music. I am a creative person who is always in the middle of some project or another, and my kitchen table is a constant disaster area. I knit, crochet, draw, paint, and I love to try out new crafts. I enjoy gardening and growing flowers and vegetables.

I am a mac-user, and I’m using wordpress as my online diary, which is a great and FREE software that even I can figure out. The theme I use is Simply, made by the very talented Teresa Jones of scribblescratch.com. I have only tweaked the colors somewhat, and changed the header and footer.

I use the NextGEN gallery plugin, by Alex Rabe, to create galleries on my blog. I can also be found on Flickr where I post photos like crazy. This summer I purchased a brand new Canon EOS 450d, which I love to bits and use at every possible occasion.
